Why do I need to register?

We don’t have the authority to send emails from your domain unless you give it to us.

When we first set up your account, you’ll only be able to use addresses on smartraise.net (like [email protected])

How do I register?

  1. Contact us to let us know what email address you’d like to use (you must have access to the inbox)
  2. We’ll start the registration process with our Email Provider, Mailjet
  3. You’ll receive an email from Mailjet with the subject "New sender address activation"
  4. Forward that activation email to us and we’ll complete the registration process
  5. We’ll email you to confirm activation is complete

Other steps

Since February 1st 2024, Google and Yahoo! began enforcing new email sending requirements to reduce spam and phishing.

The requirements are for every sender to be verified by SPF and DKIM DNS records.

If you’re sending emails through SmartRaise, it’s pretty inevitable some will go to Google and Yahoo! mailboxes. It’s therefore important to follow their rules!
